LOCATION: Eurocell Technical centre
SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000, plus company car and benefits
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
Eurocell are a stock market listed Plc and the market leader for uPVC products within the building industry. We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we have an exciting opportunity to join our New Build Team at our Learning and Development centre, in Alfreton. We are successful, dynamic, ambitious and looking for great team players to grow with us.
The duties may involve product training on the Eurocell Building Plastics product ranges:
- Manage workshop Technical Assistants
- Ordering materials
- Resolving any escalated issues regarding stock and deliveries
- Carry out product training to staff as and when required to increase product knowledge
- Inspect and survey properties and organise remedial action
- Records and reports produced as required
- Queries logged from installers, householders, architects and internal sources
- Ensure team compliance training is up to date and recorded as required
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER:
- Excellent communicator
- Exceptional attention to detail and evidence of checking accuracy of team outputs
- Strong analytical report writing skills
- Experience of managing others
- Resource planning experience
- Able to problem solve and implement solutions at team level
- Must have a full driving licence and be willing to travel with overnight stays when necessary
