ROLE: Branch Supervisor
HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role, 7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am - 12pm on a Saturday Rota
SALARY: £28,740 basic salary per year
BONUS/OTE: Realistic total earning potential of up to £33,540 per year

We are delighted to be recruiting a Branch Supervisor to work closely with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to help deliver excellence. Our Trade Branch Supervisors are hands-on and lead by example to deliver excellence in customer service and operational standards, and develop strong relationships with customers to enhance the customer experience, whilst driving sales and market share.
Our Trade Branch Network roles offer a host of benefits, unlike many other Trade Networks. We are working hard to support your work/life balance in the following ways:
- We have a Christmas shutdown period
- We only work occasional Saturdays, on a rota basis
- We don’t open our branches on Sundays
- Our branches close at 4:30pm
