The predicted salary is between 30878 - 30878 £ per year.
This part-time post (21.9 hours per week) is available immediately on a fixed term basis till 15th January 2027 to cover a secondment. We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to work these hours across a Wednesday, Thursday and a Friday or a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This role is only available to internal candidates. The starting salary will be from £30,878 per annum pro rata on Grade D, depending on knowledge, skills and experience. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home. A Wednesday is our team office day.

Supporting the University in its strategic ambitions, the recruitment team aim to attract the best talent globally ensuring a smooth candidate experience and robust selection process. We are looking for someone who has some recruitment or general HR experience and really loves supporting an organisation to attract and hire the best.
We work with our Faculties and Divisions to offer expertise around sourcing, selection and candidate management. It is an exciting time to join as we have just launched a new recruitment ATS system. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring that candidates and recruiting managers receive a standout service at all times. You will build strong relationships with regular recruiting managers, advising and guiding them throughout the recruitment process. You will use a variety of systems and internal processes to support our aim to find the best talent.
Team working is critical to the way our recruitment team operates. We are supportive, collaborative, respectful and seek to deliver our values on a daily basis. It is a fast paced environment but you will join a team of Recruitment Leads, Coordinators and Administrators who work closely together. You will have strong customer focus and the ability to advise and influence hiring managers. You need to have previous experience as a recruitment coordinator or advisor either with a recruitment agency or within an internal recruitment team or general HR experience. The ability to juggle priorities and work to deadlines with strong attention to detail is also critical.
