Full-time, permanent position. Salary ranges from £25,528 to £26,694 on Grade B, depending on knowledge, skills and experience. Based at Sports Park, with seasonal work at the outdoor pool and St Luke’s Sport Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, safe operation of the three sites and deliver high standards of service across all facilities.
  • Provide lifeguarding where qualified; set up and take down equipment.
  • Supervise the gyms and maintain cleanliness of all facilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar environment dealing with a varied cross-section of customers.
  • Aware of health-and-safety issues.
  • Proactive, meticulous, team-mindset and a desire to succeed.
