The predicted salary is between 33951 - 33951 £ per year.
This full-time, permanent post is available immediately in our Education Support Team. The starting salary will be from £33,951 on Grade E, depending on qualifications and experience. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
As a key member of the Education Support team based on our Streatham campus, you'll be part of our new Global Education Partnerships - Education Support Team, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow as a team leader and manager in an administration and customer services environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small team including colleagues overseas delivering administrative and customer support services.
- Support the delivery of taught programmes across a diverse range of activities from enrolment to graduation, including student record maintenance, supporting assessment delivery and administration and awarding and progression.
- Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

These roles form a vital part of our support services, role holders will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two days per week, as well as for up to four days per week whilst training is completed. The role holder may also be asked to travel to Global Education Partner institutions to support business operations.
