As key members of the Education Support team based on our Streatham campus, you'll be part of our new Global Education Partnerships - Education Support Team, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. These roles offer a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
- Support the delivery of taught programmes across a diverse range of activities from enrolment to graduation, including student record maintenance, supporting assessment delivery and administration and awarding and progression.
- Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

These roles form a vital part of our support services, role holders will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two days per week, as well as for up to four days per week whilst training is completed. The role holder may also be asked to travel to Global Education Partner institutions to support business operations. Please also note that as busy roles with peaks in workload at specific points in the academic cycle, there may be periods in June, September, and October when leave may be restricted.
