About The Role
This full-time post is available from Monday 3rd August 2026 on a permanent basis. The starting salary will be from £28,029 on Grade C, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our Commercial Operations team, supporting catering and trading operations across the University of Exeter’s Streatham and St Luke’s Campuses. This role plays a key part in delivering an outstanding food and drink experience for our students, staff and visitors. You will help supervise daily operations within our commercial outlets, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness and compliance.
While previous supervisory experience in retail, catering or hospitality is desirable, we welcome applications from motivated individuals with a passion for food and drink and a strong commitment to customer service. Full training will be provided.
