The predicted salary is between 25528 - 25528 £ per year.

We currently have a number of part-time posts and one full-time position available immediately on a permanent basis. The starting salary will be from £25,528 per annum pro-rata on Grade B, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.

Rewarding opportunity to work as part of our Facilities Operations Cleaning Team. We currently have the below part-time positions available:

  • 2x 20h per week, Monday to Friday, 6am-10am
  • 2x 16h per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-1pm

As well as one full-time position of 36.5h, Monday to Friday, 6am-13.48. In your supporting statement, you should also clearly demonstrate how you meet the Essential and Desirable criteria stated in the Person Specification. Working days are set; however, there will be 5 or 4 out of 7 working requirements (based on business needs). The team is responsible for over 50 Academic and Administrative buildings as well as 17 Residences across the Streatham and St Luke's Campuses in Exeter and employs over 160 In-House staff who cover the cleaning duties through day and night 24/7 all year round.
