Eurobase is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing Insurance division, working with enterprise clients using our Synergy2 platform across the global (re)insurance market.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will drive adoption, optimise processes, and support long term client success.
- Monitor client engagement and proactively manage risk
- Support contract renewals and contribute to upsell opportunities
- Experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Strategic Account Management
- Strong stakeholder management and problem solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot) and BI/reporting tools
