You’ll join our Banking team, working across a suite of Treasury Management products used by enterprise clients. This isn’t “just another ticket factory” you’ll have ownership across the full SDLC, collaborating closely with Product, QA and Design to deliver elegant, reliable software.
What you’ll do:
- Design, build and maintain both web and desktop applications.
- Develop high quality Java backend services and responsive frontends using JavaScript.
- Work with MS SQL to model data, tune performance, and solve tough technical challenges.
- Use CI/CD (Repos, Pipelines, Boards) to release frequently and safely.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ship solutions that improve UX and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, helping grow the next generation of talent.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full stack Java development.
- Confident working with JavaScript and front end interfaces.
- Strong MS SQL skills (design, optimisation, performance).
