Employee Relations Advisor – 6-Month FTC (Hybrid, Chelmsford/London office) About Eurobase International Eurobase International is a leading software and service provider for the global financial sector, specialising in (re)insurance and banking .

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support a high volume of ER casework, with a particular focus on our Insurance division.

The Role This is a hands-on, operational ER role where you will manage a varied caseload of complex and high-risk employee relations matters from start to finish.

You will be the trusted advisor to managers across the business, providing pragmatic, legally compliant advice and coaching.
