Are you a (re)insurance expert with a passion for leading high performing teams and shaping client solutions? At Eurobase, we’re looking for a Head of Business Consultancy to play a critical role within our Insurance Leadership Team. Driving client success, influencing product direction, and elevating our consultancy capability. This is a high impact, strategic role where you’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with Product, Sales, and Delivery to ensure our solutions deliver real value to clients across the insurance market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of Business Consultants, creating a high performing and collaborative culture
- Owning the success of client implementations, ensuring solutions are aligned, effective, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Acting as a trusted advisor on (re)insurance and solution design
- Partnering with Sales through the full lifecycle, supporting pre-sales, proposals, and client engagements
- Influencing the product roadmap by bringing market insight and client feedback into decision making
- Building strong, senior level client relationships and acting as an escalation point when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years experience within the (re)insurance or London Market
- A strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence and challenge at senior level
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client needs and business outcomes
- A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering excellence
