Join Eurobase People, a leading UK-based tech partner, as we expand our specialist Microsoft Dynamics 365 team. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients and delivery partners across the UK and Europe to source, engage, and place top-tier professionals across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Business Central, Power Platform and beyond.
Duties!
- Build and own a dynamic candidate network of D365 experts: functional consultants, solution architects, developers, project managers, and more.
- Partner with end users, Gold Partners, and global system integrators to understand role requirements and project demands.
- Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, internal CRM, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Guide candidates through the full process from first call to offer negotiation while delivering a consultative experience.
- Keep up with Microsoft trends, certifications, and community updates to stay ahead of the curve.
What you bring!
- Proven recruitment experience (2+ years), ideally within Microsoft tech, ERP, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 roles, terminology, and market dynamics is a major advantage.
- Driven, organised, and highly proactive you\’re comfortable working at pace and managing multiple vacancies.
- Excellent relationship building skills you’re a connector at heart.
- A genuine passion for the Microsoft ecosystem and a curiosity to learn.
