What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines strong recruitment performance with natural leadership qualities. You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience within a 360 recruitment role
- Experience leading, mentoring, or developing recruiters (or a clear desire to step into leadership)
- A strong track record of business development and client management
- Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Digital, ERP, Engineering, or another specialist market
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ambition to help grow a successful business
- A hands on approach and the ability to inspire those around you
