We’re growing and looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our London team who want autonomy, earning potential, and the chance to build something meaningful within a high performing, supportive team.

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development through to placement
  • Developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
  • Attracting, qualifying, and managing high quality tech candidates
  • Owning your performance, pipeline, and long term desk strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech experience preferred but not essential)
  • A track record of billing and winning new business
  • Confidence in building long term client and candidate relationships
