Eurobase is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive sales excellence and enable growth within our Insurance division. You’ll play a key role in optimising processes, managing data, supporting business development, and empowering our sales teams.
What you’ll do:
- Own sales data, reporting and dashboards – providing insights for leadership.
- Develop and refine sales processes, policies, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support new business development and bid management (RFPs/RFIs).
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, lead qualification, and prospect mapping.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot to enhance sales pipeline visibility.
- Deliver training, onboarding and enablement tools for the sales team.
