As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our London team. This is a role for someone who is already operating at a high level and is ready to lead by example, influence others, and play a key part in shaping a high performing team.

As a Recruitment Manager, you'll take ownership of a high value desk while acting as a role model and mentor within the team. You'll have the autonomy to grow your market strategically, with the backing of a supportive leadership team who trust you to lead from the front.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning and growing a successful 360 recruitment desk within the tech market
- Driving new business while deepening and expanding key client relationships
- Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike
- Leading by example through consistent billing and high standards
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior consultants
- Contributing to team performance, culture, and best practice
- Owning your pipeline, forecasting accurately, and thinking long term about desk and team growth
