We’re growing and looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our London team who want autonomy, earning potential, and the chance to build something meaningful within a high performing, supportive team.

The Role
As a 360 Consultant at Eurobase People, you’ll have full control of your desk and the freedom to grow it your way, with the backing of an experienced leadership team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development through to placement
- Developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
- Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within your market
- Attracting, qualifying, and managing high quality tech candidates
- Negotiating offers and delivering results in a fast paced environment
- Owning your performance, pipeline, and long term desk strategy
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech experience preferred but not essential)
- A track record of billing and winning new business
- Confidence in building long term client and candidate relationships
- A proactive, self motivated approach with an entrepreneurial edge
- Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- A hunger to earn well and progress quickly
