Youll work closely with managers and leadership to identify development needs, design learning solutions, and support employees throughout their careers. /p p br /p p strong What youll be doing: /strong /p ul li Design, deliver and continuously improve learning and development programmes. /li li Create engaging onboarding programmes for new starters. /li li Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and development opportunities. /li li Develop career pathways and succession planning initiatives. /li li Deliver workshops, training sessions and coaching where appropriate. /li li Manage learning platforms and training records. /li li Measure the effectiveness of learning programmes using data and feedback. /li li Keep up to date with the latest learning methodologies and industry trends. /li li Support the wider people strategy and help build a high performance culture. /li /ul p br /p p strong What were looking for: /strong /p ul li Previous experience in a Learning Development, Training or Talent Development role. /li li Experience within an IT, Technology or Tech Recruitment business would be highly advantageous. /li li Excellent communication and presentation skills. /li li Experience designing and delivering engaging learning content. /li li A proactive, organised and collaborative approach. /li li Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels of the business. /li li Passion for developing people and helping them reach their potential. /li /ul p br /p p strong Why join us? /strong /p p At Eurobase, people are at the heart of everything we do.
