We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support a high volume of ER casework, with a particular focus on our Insurance division.

The Role This is a hands-on, operational ER role where you will manage a varied caseload of complex and high risk employee relations matters from start to finish.

You will be the trusted advisor to managers across the business, providing pragmatic, legally compliant advice and coaching.

Key

Responsibilities: Case

Management: Manage a high-volume caseload including disciplinary, grievance, capability, conduct, absence management, long-term sickness, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) .

Investigations

Hearings: Lead workplace investigations, prepare investigation reports, and attend formal hearings (disciplinary, grievance, appeals) to provide professional HR advice and ensure procedural compliance .
