The Opportunity
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own specialist desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and managing long term client relationships
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management
- Sourcing, attracting, and engaging high quality technology professionals
- Providing clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
- Building your own specialist market and personal brand
What We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious recruiters who enjoy developing new business, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Digital, Engineering, ERP, or another specialist market
- A proven track record of business development and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- A driven, resilient, and commercially minded approach
- A desire to continuously develop and progress your career
