At Eurobase People, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our high performing business. This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and building successful client relationships. You’ll lead from the front combining hands on recruitment with coaching and mentoring a team to achieve their full potential.

As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters
  • Drive team performance against revenue and activity targets
  • Continue to build and manage your own client portfolio
  • Support consultants with business development and client strategy
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Help create a positive, collaborative, and high performance culture
  • Work closely with senior leadership on team growth and market strategy
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and team success

  • Proven experience within agency recruitment
  • Strong track record of billing and business development
  • Previous experience mentoring, managing, or coaching recruiters
  • Motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
