What you'll be doing:
- Full 360 Ownership – From winning clients to placing candidates, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle
- Business Development – Build your own desk through networking, outreach, and market mapping
- Client Relationships – Be the go to talent partner for your clients, delivering tailored hiring solutions
- Candidate Engagement – Source, screen, and guide top tech professionals through their job search
- Performance-Driven – Meet targets, celebrate wins, and take your commission to new heights
- Stay Ahead – Bring insights and knowledge of your market to the table, making you a true industry expert

- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (ideally in IT or tech – but we’re open to strong billers from other sectors!)
- A natural relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
- Resilient, driven, and ready to grow a desk you can call your own
- A strong communicator who thrives under pressure
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, money hungry and up for a challenge!
