We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of learning, development and career progression across our business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging training programmes, developing people, and building a culture of continuous learning.
You'll work closely with managers and leadership to identify development needs, design learning solutions, and support employees throughout their careers.
What you'll be doing
- Design, deliver and continuously improve learning and development programmes.
- Create engaging onboarding programmes for new starters.
- Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop career pathways and succession planning initiatives.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions and coaching where appropriate.
- Manage learning platforms and training records.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programmes using data and feedback.
- Keep up to date with the latest learning methodologies and industry trends.
- Support the wider people strategy and help build a high performance culture.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development role.
- Experience within an IT, Technology or Tech Recruitment business would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience designing and delivering engaging learning content.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Passion for developing people and helping them reach their potential.
