Job Summary

Assoc‑Tekno UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technology projects. The role is responsible for managing cross‑functional teams, coordinating technical resources, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while supporting the organization’s strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT and technology projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including software engineers, infrastructure specialists, business analysts, QA teams, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, KPIs, and financial performance while proactively mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and success criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, quality standards, security requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare executive‑level project reports, status updates, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Mentor project coordinators and junior project managers while promoting project management best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in technical project management, IT program management, or technology delivery leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing enterprise software development, cloud migration, infrastructure deployment, or digital transformation projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Pay: £75,000.00‑£100,000.00 per year
