You will work directly with the leadership team to translate complex business models, site plans, and property pitches into stunning, ultra-professional B2B assets. Key Responsibilities- Design high-converting corporate proposals, investment pitch decks, and service capability brochures to secure premium commercial clients.
- Develop and maintain a unified visual identity for Theurbanshire Ltd across all print, digital, and documentation channels.
- Create crisp, visually striking property brochures, localized site maps, floor-plan presentation templates, and signage mockups for premium listings.
- Design visual assets for an upcoming corporate website launch, Eurostaffs profiles, and targeted digital marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with external web developers and print suppliers to ensure flawless production and execution of designs.
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house corporate experience preferred).
- A diverse, high-quality portfolio demonstrating strong typography, corporate layout structure, presentation design, and brand identity projects.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with Figma or premium presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote) is a major plus.
