EXPERIENCED PANEL BEATER / CAR SPRAYER
Full-Time Permanent Position – Reading Area
We are a well-established, family-run vehicle repair business based just outside Reading. Having been established for 31 years, we are looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Car Sprayer to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a secure, long-term position within a relaxed, family-friendly working environment. We operate a smaller turnaround unit rather than a high-pressure production line, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is confident working independently across both panel beating and vehicle spraying.
- Panel beating and accident damage repairs
- Preparing vehicles and panels for paint
- Vehicle spraying and refinishing
- Repairing dents and damaged panels
- Working to a high standard of finish
- Managing jobs through from repair to completion
- Keeping your working area clean and organised
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous professional experience in panel beating and vehicle spraying
- Is confident in their own ability
- Produces consistently high-quality work
- Is reliable and turns up when expected
- Can work independently as well as part of a small team
- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Is looking for a permanent position rather than a short-term move
- Is willing to make a long-term commitment to the business
