We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and personable Freelance Fitness Coach / Bootcamp Trainer to join us as we grow.

What you'll be doing
As a Thrive Fit Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality outdoor bootcamp sessions to our members.
- Delivering engaging, energetic and inclusive 40-minute bootcamp sessions.
- Welcoming members and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Coaching exercises clearly and confidently.
- Providing suitable modifications for different fitness levels.
- Motivating members and helping them get the most from each session.
- Creating a friendly environment where beginners feel comfortable.
- Completing basic equipment and safety checks before sessions.
- Setting up and packing away equipment.
- Reporting any incidents, injuries or equipment issues promptly.
