The company sources garments from manufacturers and suppliers and distributes products to a growing network of retail customers. As part of our expansion strategy, we are developing our own branded apparel collections and exclusive clothing designs.

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating original visual concepts, garment graphics, prints, patterns, branding assets, and technical artwork specifications for clothing collections. The role will work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced and meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design original graphics, prints, patterns, embroidery artwork, and visual concepts for clothing and apparel collections.
  • Create garment artwork, placement prints, labels, hang tags, packaging graphics, and branding materials.
  • Research fashion trends, colour forecasts, market developments, and customer preferences to support product development.
  • Develop technical design packs, artwork specifications, colour references, measurement guides, and production‑ready files for factories and suppliers.
  • Liaise directly with manufacturers and suppliers regarding artwork requirements, production specifications, and design amendments.
  • Review samples, strike‑offs, and prototypes produced by factories and provide detailed feedback to ensure design accuracy.
  • Prepare visual presentations, mood boards, and concept proposals for new product ranges.
  • Collaborate with management and product development teams to create commercially viable clothing collections.
  • Maintain design archives, artwork libraries, and production documentation.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all products and collections.
  • Monitor the implementation of artwork during production and provide technical guidance where required.
  • Stay informed of developments in apparel graphics, textile design, printing techniques, and fashion industry trends.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree‑level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Fashion Graphics, Textile Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion, apparel, textile, or clothing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and related graphic design software.
  • Experience preparing production‑ready artwork and technical specification packs for manufacturers.
  • Understanding of garment production, textile printing, embroidery processes, and apparel development.
  • Strong creative, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Language Requirement

Fluency in English and Urdu (written and spoken) is essential. Urdu language skills are required to communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and production partners operating in Urdu‑speaking regions regarding design specifications, artwork approvals, production amendments, and technical requirements.
