Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the design team, supporting their professional development
- Efficiently plan and manage the workload of the studio
- Lead and oversee high-end residential and commercial projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery to the highest creative and technical standards
- Hold regular 1-2-1 meetings with the founder to align on priorities and progress
- Work closely with the founder to develop studio processes and drive operational excellence
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and contractors
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior design, ideally across residential and commercial projects
- Proven experience managing projects and leading a team
- An exceptional design eye with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communicator who builds great relationships with clients and colleagues
- CAD proficient (essential)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and genuinely excited to contribute to a growing business
- A full UK driving licence
