K&W Healthcare is seeking Clinical Pharmacists who are Independent Prescribers to join our network of GP practices in Brent.
You will work with GPs, nurses and other clinicians to optimise medicines and improve patient outcomes across multiple sites.
This role requires CPPE Primary Care Pathway enrolment or completion, MPharm and GPh C registration, and strong IT skills. Flexible hours and excellent team support are provided.
