Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice and solutions.
- Manage front‑desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with store management duties when required, including stock management and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or in a similar role within a salon environment.
- Skills in hairstyles, haircut, blow‑out and colour work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in store management or mentoring is advantageous but not essential.
- A recognised qualification in hairdressing is preferred.
