The Role Content creation sits at the heart of this role.

You'll be responsible for capturing and creating high-quality content that showcases every aspect of Barsham Estate, building a library of photography and video that can be used across social media, websites, advertising, email marketing and future campaigns.

Alongside content creation, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of social media, helping turn strategic plans into engaging content across platforms that inspire people to visit, stay, celebrate and return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photography and video across the estate, including accommodation, weddings, events, hospitality, farming and seasonal activities.
  • Film and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other digital platforms.
  • Produce photography and video suitable for websites, advertising, printed materials and PR opportunities.
  • Develop authentic stories that showcase the people, products and experiences that make Barsham unique.
  • Build and maintain an organised library of photography, video and creative assets.
  • Identify opportunities to create engaging content from everyday life across the estate.
  • Social Media
  • Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Barsham Estate and its individual businesses.
  • Maintain content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Grow audiences through creative storytelling and community engagement.
  • Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas.
  • Respond to comments and messages where appropriate.
  • Marketing Support
  • Support the delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns across the estate.
  • Assist with product launches, promotions and new initiatives.

  • Capture photography and video before, during and after events.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally creative, curious and enjoys telling stories through photography and video.

You'll probably spend more time behind a camera than behind a spreadsheet.

You'll have

  • Excellent photography skills.
  • Excellent videography and editing skills.
  • Experience with or enthusiasm for creating content for Instagram and other social platforms.
  • Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and similar creative software.
  • A good eye for composition, detail and visual storytelling.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Desirable Drone photography or videography experience.

Basic website/CMS experience.

Barsham Estate is one of Norfolk's most exciting rural destinations, bringing together luxury accommodation, an award-winning brewery, weddings, events, hospitality, farming and visitor experiences.

As the estate continues to grow, we're looking for a creative, enthusiastic Estate Content Creator to help tell the story of Barsham through exceptional photography, videography and digital content.

This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who loves capturing authentic moments, creating engaging content and bringing brands to life.

From filming harvest and photographing weddings to producing Reels, designing marketing assets and supporting the Strategic Growth Partner, no two days will be the same.

Working alongside the Strategic Growth Partner, you'll play an important role in building one of the UK's leading destination estates.
