Ghadeer Apparel and Manufacturing Services is looking for an organised and dependable Dispatch Coordinator to support the accurate and timely movement of outgoing goods, shipping documentation, courier coordination, and day-to-day dispatch administration.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, maintaining accurate records, coordinating deliveries, and making sure orders are prepared and dispatched correctly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and outgoing customer orders.
- Prepare and check shipping documentation before goods leave the site.
- Ensure orders are correctly labelled, packed, and ready for collection.
- Book courier and transport collections according to delivery requirements.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and prioritise urgent or time-sensitive shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, tracking numbers, and delivery details.
- Communicate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams regarding order status.
- Investigate delayed, missing, or incorrectly dispatched orders.
- Liaise with couriers and transport providers regarding collections and delivery issues.
- Update internal systems with shipment and dispatch information.
- Check quantities and order details against dispatch paperwork.
- Prepare delivery notes and other supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding collections and follow up where necessary.
- Support stock and order checks when discrepancies are identified.
- Assist with returns, failed deliveries, and re-dispatch arrangements.
- Maintain organised dispatch records and filing systems.
- Support daily operational reporting and administrative tasks.
- Follow internal procedures for the safe and accurate handling of outgoing goods.
- What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse administration, logistics, distribution, order processing, or a similar operational role is preferred.
- Dispatch Knowledge: Familiarity with courier bookings, delivery notes, shipment tracking, order preparation, and transport documentation would be advantageous.
