The job You will shoot street interviews and public debate setups with our founder, Ahmet, in central London. This is run and gun. You turn up with your kit, we find people, you film, and you keep rolling for hours at a time.
Each shoot day is one long recording session that gets cut into dozens of clips afterwards, so clean audio, steady framing and never losing a take matter more than anything cinematic.
What you will do
- Film street interviews and debate-style conversations, handheld, in busy public spaces
- Capture clean audio on wireless lavs in loud environments
- Shoot in 4K so footage can be cropped to vertical for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- Manage batteries, cards and backups so we never miss a moment
- Keep the energy up and the shoot moving, and call out angles and reactions when you spot them
- Deliver all raw footage the same day by drive or cloud
What we need from you
- You have shot street interviews or similar run and gun content before and can show it
- Your own kit: mirrorless or cinema camera, wireless lav mics (DJI, Rode or similar), spare batteries and cards.
- A gimbal is a plus
- Comfortable in crowds and confident around strangers, including when a conversation gets heated
- You understand what works in short form: hooks, tight framing, reaction shots
- Available for full days, including some weekends
- Based in or within easy reach of central London
- Right to work in the UK
