Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Assist the Lead Technician in applying EU‑GMP standards through development and oversight of a robust training programme.</li><li>Manage daily workload, supervise junior staff, and coordinate environmental monitoring with Quality Control.</li><li>Pre‑ and in‑process checks of complex aseptic preparations.</li><li>Coordinate workload and staff capacity throughout the facility (day‑to‑day supervision).</li><li>Develop and oversee the Technical training package in line with EU‑GMP and QAAPSs.</li><li>Deputise for the Lead Technician as required and take on Product Approval Accreditation.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>GPh C registered Pharmacy Technician.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of aseptic preparation and recent experience in a similar capacity.</li><li>In‑depth understanding of EU‑GMP exacting standards.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate others, and a passion for staff training.</li><li>Preferred: Recent accreditation of Pre‑ and In‑process checking, and willingness to undergo Product Approval Accreditation.</li></ul><p><b>Commitment to
