The Role
- Dealing with a high volume of calls, front line to receive calls and screen them to be connected to the appropriate recruiter / colleague.
- Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records and spreadsheets.
- Prescreen and select candidates according to criteria provided.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates.
- Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Text, Email, message candidates.
- Request CVs, certification and all documentation in line with ESS recruitment policy.
- Register candidate information onto company database.
- Translate CVs to English and format into profile CV.
- Update, administrate and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
- Add / update bookings and placements on company database.
- Increase ESS pool of suitable candidates using every tool available, phone, mass text, email, adverts, job board, social media etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
- Liaise with ESS colleagues in international offices to help facilitate good communication between candidates & Recruiters.
- Facilitate contractors travel from country of residence to place of work / temporary accommodation.
- Prioritise workload; make sure important tasks are followed up.
- Escalate employee’s queries to be resolved efficiently.
- Ensure candidates documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant with company procedures.
- General administrative duties.
