For Canary Wharf, London, we need 2x Construction Supervisors & 1x ITC & Security Supervisor to start on a data centre on 12th May. Duration is expected to be 7 months at which point you could be transferred over to another phase / site on the same project. You must be within commutable distance to London E14.

Client: Our client are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Mainland Europe, the Nordics and the UK. They are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation.

Construction Supervisor: Managing a floor plate with the following:

  • LV distribution
  • Lighting including lighting control
  • Small power
  • Containment systems
  • 20-25 people per floor
  • Responsible for construction sign off with QA team
  • Daily internal construction meetings
  • Input into CX meetings where required
  • Progress updates issued weekly
  • Weekly EHS meetings

ITC & Security Supervisor: Managing a floor plate with the following:

  • Containment systems
  • 10-15 people per floor
  • Responsible for construction sign off with QA team
  • Daily internal construction meetings
  • Input into CX meetings where required
  • Progress updates issued weekly
  • Weekly EHS meetings
  • Liaising with integration leads
  • Liaising with construction leads

Requirements:

  • Must have data centre experience
  • Must have ECS skills card
  • Must be local enough to commute

Pay Rates:

  • £33.00 p/hr Monday-Friday (first 50hrs)
  • £49.50 p/hr Monday-Friday overtime
  • £49.50 Saturday 07:00-13:00
  • £57.75 Saturday overtime
  • £57.75 Sunday

Hours:

  • 07:30-18:00 – Monday to Friday
  • 08:00-14:00 - Saturday
  • 08:00-14:00 – Sunday (30 minute unpaid deduction for lunch)
