Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are working with an established precision engineering manufacturer to bolster their manufacturing team following recent growth. As CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the NPI, optimization, and continuous improvement of CNC machining processes.
Salary & Hours: c£40,000 to £45,000 per annum as a guide. 8:00am to 4:45pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 12:00pm Friday, 37 hours.
This Manufacturing Engineer job will suit:
- Come from a precision engineering background.
- Some prior experience using CAM software (flexible on package) and Vericut software.
- Experience with CNC machining, automation, or production equipment (Siemens, Fanuc controls ideally).
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100.

- Develop and maintain PFMEAs.
- Support new product introductions, process changes, and equipment launches.
- Analyse production data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
