Are you Midlands based and ambitious to work in a growing medium-sized business? You will need experience of mechanical precision component manufacturing (any regulated industry is fine: aerospace, automotive, rail, oil & gas, nuclear etc.). We are happy to look at Manufacturing Managers, Production Managers or Operations Managers who want to step up.
Candidate profile:- Must have some experience of mechanical precision component manufacturing (any regulated industry is fine: aerospace, automotive, rail, oil & gas, nuclear etc.)
- You could be a Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager or Production Manager looking to make the next step in your career.
- Alternatively, you could be a more experienced Production Director, Manufacturing Director or Operations Director or possibly a Plant Manager.
- Data driven & good with IT. The Exec team are very IT driven and analytical; utilising IT systems to make things efficient and accurate is important.
- Collaborative; the business and people are friendly and committed. You will be a Manufacturing Director who engages in a nice way to lead the team.
- Strategic but we want to see examples of taking ownership and driving performance, not just reporting. An ability to cut through noise to key points and focus on execution.
