Flexible on location - ideally within 45 minutes of the Rugby, Coventry, Lutterworth, Northampton, Market Harborough, South Leicestershire region.
Salary TBC - role created due to a retirement, we expect £60,000 - £75,000 but this is a guide at this stage

Are you seeking the chance to be a senior leader in a profitable, niche logistics and transport business with a strong EBITDA? Are you ambitious and want the headroom to become a Commercial Director?
This is an opportunity to join an established and profitable logistics and warehousing business at an important stage of its growth. You will take a hands-on lead in winning new business, growing existing accounts, improving pricing and margins and helping develop the commercial strategy to take the business from £15m to £20m+ turnover .
What we are looking for in this Commercial Manager Future Commercial Director job
Relationship building experience in the logistics, transport and warehousing space. This business is highly successful at building long term relationships with large blue chip clients
So we are flexible on your level / experience BUT you need to have a strong background in logistics, transport, 3PL, warehousing, distribution or a closely related sector and be really good at building relationships in a consultative way with large businesses
Strong understanding of logistics pricing, contracts, tenders and commercial negotiations (or be very keen to learn)
Someone who understands that profitable growth matters more than turnover for turnover's sake
