Manage a team of 8. The business is £60m t/o and operates across diverse sectors. Focus is on key account management and then some diversification. Coaching and mentoring the team to deliver service excellence and implement the diversification strategy. Your background: We are flexible on sector background. It could be anything from engineering, steel, construction, civil engineering, chemicals, waste to energy, water, mining, quarry etc. We are looking for a Head of Sales who is conscientious, an excellent coach/mentor and has the ability to really shape a role. We need someone commutable to the Hull, Goole, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Grimsby region. Head office is near Immingham. As this is a leadership role, you must be within 40 miles approx. of Immingham so you can be in the office leading the team when not out with customers. Ideally, you will have experience of a sales process that has a bidding/tendering/complexity.
