Field Engineer
- Field Engineer jobs role; commercial vehicle, HGV, truck and trailer jobs opportunity.
- Chance to come 'off the tools' in this Field Engineer jobs role you will be visiting the service network, supporting them with technical support. This is NOT a hands-on role you will travel, train and support the workshops across the UK; HGV / commercial vehicle / trailers, axles, electronic braking systems.

Your background to be suitable for this regional Field Engineer jobs role
- Experience in the truck, trailer, commercial vehicle, fleet, logistics, telematics and haulage / transport sectors.
- You MUST have some trailer experience ideally axles / electronic braking systems (EBS).
- This Field Engineer jobs role would suit someone from the HGV / trailer sector who wants to be less hands-on (so come off the tools). Its NOT a hands-on role its more about doing some technical training and technical support of the service network / workshop technicians.
- You will therefore need good communication skills.
- You will work really closely with the service partners (commercial vehicle, truck and trailer dealerships, service centres etc).
- You will manage that relationship with the service partners.
- We are happy to train / pivot someone into this role.
This Field Engineer jobs role / HGV Technician jobs role has some work-from-home flexibility. Ideally, we want someone within 40 miles of Leicestershire. Candidates could therefore be based in Leicester, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Nottingham, Derby, East Midlands or West Midlands.
