Electronics Engineer
Location: Nottingham (Nottinghamshire, East Midlands)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum

An award winning, successful and established engineering company based in Nottingham (Nottinghamshire, East Midlands) who provide cutting edge educational equipment for engineering disciplines that include Renewable Energy, Automotive, Food & Beverages and many more are now seeking to hire for a brand new Electronics Engineer to join team.
Salary:
The salary on offer for the successful Electronics Engineer is 35,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on skillset & experience.
The role:
The successful Electronics Engineer will join a friendly highly skilled engineering team and the work will be exciting and varied because the Electronics Engineer will have the opportunity to design and manufacture engineering products that will include Electronics Design, PCB Design & Firmware Development across the full product design lifecycle.
Electronics Engineer Key Skills:
- 2-3 years industry experience
- Electronics Circuit Design (Analogue & Digital)
- PCB Design & Schematic Capture
- Experience of Microcontrollers – STM32, PIC, ESP32
- Firmware Development programming in C or C++
- Practical skills – prototype (circuit) design, build, testing, debugging, soldering, system fault finding, PCB assembly
- Proactive, good teamwork and good communication skills
Desirable nice to have skills:
- Schematic Capture – Altium Designer, Pulsonix, OrCAD, EasyEDA
- Design and testing for EMC & EMI
- CE Marking, LVD
- Knowledge & experience of DFM & DFT
- Network interfaces – SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232, Ethernet, CANbus
Benefits Package: Hours: 37 hours per week, 6.51% employer pension contribution
