The Portfolio Manager / Project Manager will oversee resource allocation, workload planning, and capacity management across multiple engineering projects and business workstreams. This is a key role within a matrix organisation, working closely with Team Leads, Workstream Leads, and Directors to ensure company resources are deployed efficiently and projects are delivered successfully. Responsibilities include monitoring workloads, adjusting plans in response to change, forecasting demand, analysing trends, and supporting decision-making, as well as driving continuous improvement of planning and resourcing processes.
This position is commutable from Ashby de la Zouch, Coalville, Burton-on-Trent, Loughborough, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Tamworth, Hinckley, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Staffordshire.
