We are looking for a confident and capable 1st Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a variety of systems and locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Microsoft 365 experience, work across both Mac and Windows environments, and earn Microsoft certifications along the way.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering 1st line IT support via phone, email, and in person
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Escalating complex issues to Level Two support as needed
- Installing software, managing patches and updates (MS Office, antivirus, business apps)
- Managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Office 365
- Accurately documenting tickets, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system
What we're looking for:
- Around 2 years experience in a similar support role
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 admin tools
