We are looking for a confident and capable 1st Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a variety of systems and locations. What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering 1st line IT support via phone, email, and in person
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Escalating complex issues to Level Two support as needed
  • Installing software, managing patches and updates (MS Office, antivirus, business apps)
  • Managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Office 365
  • Accurately documenting tickets, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system

What we're looking for:

  • Around 2 years experience in a similar support role
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 admin tools
  • Comfortable working across both Mac and Windows environments
  • Strong communicator with excellent people skills
