If you are a Vehicle Technician We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Team Leader or Vehicle Technician looking to move into a team leader / service advisor type role. There will be lots of support available from the Workshop Manager and wider management team to support your development within the role. Your background as a Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Team Leader / Vehicle Technician: * Previous experience in a workshop supervisor or workshop team leader role would be great but this role would also suit a Vehicle Technician looking to develop their career into a workshop team leader / workshop supervisor / service advisor type role. * Previous experience working in a vehicle dealership standard environment (passenger car or commercial vehicles or similar) is preferred. * Great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. * Good mechanical / mechanic knowledge and confidence using tools and equipment * A problem-solver with a hands-on, practical approach. Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Team Leader / Vehicle Technician Responsibilities: * Supporting the workshop management team to keep daily operations efficient and productive. * Leading and mentoring workshop staff, helping to build a positive, collaborative culture. * Quoting, scheduling, and invoicing workshop jobs (internal and external). * Ensuring workshop equipment and tools are well-maintained and in top working condition. * Overseeing maintenance schedules and addressing repairs as needed. * Liaising directly with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve queries. * Managing stock levels of tools and materials.
