Stores Coordinator – Milton Keynes
£35,000 plus pension, paid holiday, day time Monday to Friday. Permanent. Full-time. On-site.
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm. Friday: lunchtime finish.
We’re looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our well-organised manufacturing operation in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in stores, warehousing or materials handling who enjoys variety and working within clear, established processes. You’ll support goods in, goods out, kitting and inventory accuracy across a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick and pack sales orders accurately from pick lists
- Receive raw materials and parts from suppliers, checking against delivery paperwork
- Book goods into the AX system and maintain accurate stock records
- Dispatch sales orders in AX and arrange shipment via the correct courier
- Kit and issue components to work orders, delivering to relevant departments
- Support stock control through regular cycle counts across all part locations
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the wider production environment
- Clean, well-organised manufacturing environment
