Responsibilities:
- Oversee resource allocation, workload planning, and capacity management across multiple engineering projects and business workstreams.
- Work closely with Team Leads, Workstream Leads, and Directors to ensure company resources are deployed efficiently and projects are delivered successfully.
- Monitor workloads and adjust plans in response to change.
- Forecast demand, analyse trends, and support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning and resourcing processes.
Qualifications:
- Analytical and highly organised professional with a proven background in portfolio, resource, or project management, ideally within an engineering design or technical consultancy environment.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, can adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and are confident coordinating across multiple teams and leadership levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
