The role focuses on leading the testing, service and commissioning of projects at customer sites, working with bespoke electro-mechanical machinery. The position covers UK projects. The company is based in Warwick, but travel to site is roughly once per month. You will travel and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead testing, service and commissioning of projects at customer sites on bespoke electro-mechanical machinery.
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK (roughly once per month) and work autonomously.
  • Perform servicing and installation/commissioning of machines as required.
  • Coordinate with a UK subsidiary of a multinational group and client teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Multiskilled or electrically biased Engineer with experience on Machine Tools or similar high-tech machinery.
  • Some exposure to PLCs; Siemens S7 is advantageous.
  • Experience with CNC machinery or similar high-tech machinery.
  • Comfortable with both servicing and installation/commissioning of machines.
  • Full UK driving license; ability to travel to customer sites.
